Terms and Conditions

Bookings/Deposit

Make your reservation as soon as possible to ensure that you have a place on the trip you wish to take. Bookings will NOT be effective until your deposit is received. Accommodations are on a first come first serve basis. The best rooms go first!

Final Payment
The final payment for your Trip is due 45 days before the Trip begins.
You will receive an invoice 60 days before the Trip begins giving you 15 days to make final payment. If you desire to make your payments in installment, please contact us letting us know your desired terms, and we will be happy to send you friendly reminders when your installments become due.

 If we do not receive a Final Payment by the above deadline, we will deem it as a cancellation, and your paid deposit shall not be refunded.

Cancellation / Annulment/Changes of Itineraries
We reserve the right to cancel/postpone any tour due to unforeseen reasons with a 45 day advance notice. A minimum number of persons are required for each tour as shown in the trip's itinerary. If this number is not reached at least 45 days prior to the trip's commencement date, we reserve the right to cancel/postpone the trip. Additionally, the itineraries provided, although in general re
flect accurately the tour, we reserve the right to change itineraries or tour arrangements in the event that weather conditions may endanger the SAFETY of our Customers or for any other unforeseen reason.

NOTE: IN THE EVENT ON CANCELLATION BY AND ON BEHALF OF THE TRAVELER'S GIFT, ALL MONIES WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT, UNLESS CUSTOMER NOTIFIES US THAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO APPLY THE DEPOSIT TO ANOTHER TRIP.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS MADE WITH LESS THAN 60 DAYS IN ADVANCE TO THE TRIP'S COMMENCEMENT DATE FOR ANY REASON.

Refund
Traveler’s Gift is not responsible for refunding paid services that are not used by the Customer or payments made to other tour companies and operators.

Photographs
Traveler’s Gift, LLC is entitled to use the photographs taken during our activities for bona fide promoting and marketing purposes for our trips only.


Accommodations
The cost of Accommodations for Traveler’s Gift Tours usually is for double occupancy. Participants desiring Single Occupancy will pay a supplement. Participants who desire Triple or more Occupancy, when available, will receive a credit. On some trips, the number of available single-occupancy rooms is limited.
